Hi,
In the Vendor management space, in My lists, then Add new list,
when attempting to create a custom list based on either “All third parties” or “All Engagements” and selecting risk rating as a filter, following options appears 3 times: Very High, High, Moderate, Low.
The option "5. Very Low" does not appear at all in the choices.How to fix this issue?
2: Click on "My lists"
3: Click on "Add new list"
4: In the list choice, select "All Third Parties" or "All engagements"
5: in Editor section, click on one of the "and" button
6: select "Risk Rating"

Hi Nithya,
i am not sure the workspace is working as I would think it should. The reason you see those entries is because they seem to come from the GRC Choices table and there are multiple entries that look to be the same but used in different places. Please check the attached Word document as I used dotwalking to create a list in several ways.
