Delegate cannot able to see the approval task on the portal.Delegate cannot able to approve or reject the approvals

Note:- In the CAB workbench, only users associated with an approval record for the relevant change request will be able to see and to action on the [approve] or [reject] button . A delegate user is not associated with such approval record, hence the delegate will not be able to see those buttons.

User can able to approve but on the approval page(sysapproval_approver)table user cannot get the below meassage as requested as approved
How can i achieve this?please help

servicenow user is unable to see approval activity status on the record (Approval Summerizer)
if its the case -
1) Ensure you have a user with the 'approver_user' role only
2) Navigate to Self-Service > My Approvals
3) Change the Form Layout (use the UI action Configure > Form Layout)
4) Move the Approval Summarizer to the top of the Selected list
5) Click Save
