I've got a couple of questions on Bulk loading of Models, Normalization and EAM. I'm not using HAMP or SAMP, only EAM, but do have the Normalized Data Services installed and configured.
1) Is there any additional documentation on how the process is supposed to work for EAM. I understand that with bulk import, I'm support to provide a valid Manufacturer record (a company record with the Manufacturer flag set), but it doesn't appear that it needs to be a normalized company name.
2) I don't see any content lookup option for the EAM Workspace. I only see the Enteprise model Normalization tab.
3) I also see on the Normalization dashboard, that the jobs are running, but I don't appear to be getting any output.
Any thoughts or suggestions.
