Pearson VUE Issue – Attempt Used Without Starting Exam

Hello,

Yesterday I had my ServiceNow Data Foundations exam, but faced issues with the access code and the Pearson VUE application didn’t open at all. I tried for 2–3 hours on two different laptops, but still couldn’t start the exam.

Now it’s showing as first attempt used and asking me to pay $225 for the second attempt.

Also saw in the community that some people who failed are getting $0 for retake, but I didn’t even start the exam and still have to pay full amount. Not sure why this is happening.

Immediately raise a case to Now learning support in ServiceNow University. In this case , They are the only person who can assist you.

Hi @katreddis,

 

Same thing happened to me as well for CIS-DF Certification. However, I have appeared in the Test Centre, so they have raised a case for me. ServiceNow support team have provided me another attempt for free.

 

So please, I will suggest you raise a case in the Help Center. They'll get back with correct resolution.
