Please find the solution below

  1. Navigate to Service Portal > Widget
  2. Click New
  3. Create a new widget with Watch List functionality
  4. I have attached the XML of the Watch List Widget

After creating the widget, we need to display it on the My Request page of the ESC portal. To configure this functionality, please follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Standard Ticket Configuration

2. In the Table column search for the table name where you want add the Watch List widget. For example, sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin and open the record

3. In the Tab Configuration related list at the bottom of the form, click New tab and give the name as Watch List as per the given screenshot

4. To verify the configuration, open any request from the My Request page. Here, I will open the request of the sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin table. I should be able to see the Watch List tab if I am the Opened for OR Subject Person.

Note:

1. You may need to allow Application Restricted Caller Access record for the COE table. After that, the watch list users will automatically be saved to the Watch List field in the Native UI.

2. If you add/remove any user from the portal, it will add/remove it from the Native UI field and vice versa
