403 Forbidden - After redirected one instance's URL to another

Hello,
We redirected the previous instance's URL to a new one. We have changed CNAMES. But, we've encountered the 403 forbidden error. what might cause this problem?

We are missing information here.
How are you logging in? Did you follow the exact setup? Did you take SSO into account? Has the CNAME been configured correctly by the URL provider? How did you 'redirect'? Did you use the 'custom url' functionality from ServiceNow?
And frankly: your instance is unavailable now? Why go to the community and not ServiceNow Support with a P1?
