Can we extend the Employee Center portal for purposes beyond the HR module? Specifically, we are looking to create a portal for managed services, allowing customers to raise cases or requests for services such as computer sales, leasing, and conference room booking. Is it possible to leverage the Employee Center for these purposes?

Thanks for your response, Can I use the Employee Center portal for external users, or is the Service Portal the more appropriate choice for external users?

We use the employee center for all internal users. We do not use the Service Portal at all. We have several departments that have catalog items in the employee center and our users are able to navigate very easy.

Q1. External users are our main target audience, and we are currently using the Service Portal. Can I achieve all the required functionality mainly using OOB features in the Employee Center Portal?
Q2. Can I use the Mega Menu (OOB) in the Service Portal? If yes, can you please share relevant videos on the same?
Thank you JustCory for your helpful insights on this topic!
