Greetings Community!
I was hoping someone might be able to assist with adding an option to the Actions dropdown menu of a Lifecycle Event case on the Employee Center.
We are hoping to add an option to Change the Start Date of an Onboarding Employee which then opens a new tab to a catalog item. There doesn't seem to be a configurable way of adding the option in the Rome version at least so I was wondering if someone might be able to assist me with the places I would need to modify the code in order to make that happen?

Here's some good product documentation about adding Employee Requests to the Actions menu for Lifecycle Events.
You should already have the Change Start Date HR service in your instance to use.

This is not possible through configuration. You will need to customize the HR Standard Ticket Actions widget.
