We just recently installed Employee Center. One of our Taxonomy topics is HR Services. We would like to determine how many users are selecting this topic. Is there a way to count the clicks on a topic in employee center?

Hi @Sharon Williams ,
This is tricky!!
There is no OOTB feature which is tracking, however you can use this kind of logic :

I would suggest installing and collecting data that comes with User Experience Analytics for Service Portal.
Here's a great Employee Center Academy session about the topic worth watching.
Good luck!

I would recommend using User Experience Analytics to track the user journey. You will be able to see how many times users accessed a particular topic, where they came from and where they went after.
