Advanced Portal Navigation is not working in ESC portal

Hi,

I want to place my menu item (Home)  before Taxonomy topic(Order services) in ESC portal. I have used Advanced portal configuration, but the order is not updated in portal. Please find the attached images.

Can you please help me with this issue?

 

Note: I have logged out and logged in after making the changes.

Instance Version : Tokyo.

Hello @Jashwanth s 

 

    • Go to Service Portal > Portals.
    • Find and open the specific portal (in your case, the ESC portal) that you want to modify.

  2. Navigate to Menu Items:

    • Look for the menu or navigation configuration section within the portal settings.

  3. Reorder Menu Items:

    • In the menu configuration, there might be an option to reorder items or a list of menu items.

  4. Move Home Menu Item:

    • Locate the "Home" menu item and reorder it by dragging it or using arrows/buttons (if available) to move it above the "Order Services" taxonomy topic.

  5. Save Changes:

    • After rearranging the menu items, save the changes to the portal configuration.

Hi Samaksh ,

 

We found out the issue. We cloned the "employee center navigation" widget to make some modifications due to which few lines were missing in the server script. Once we reverted back to the older version, "Advanced portal navigation" started working.
