We're configuring AI Search and how facets/filters are displayed for end-users in the portal's front-end and an ideal solution for us would be to have one of the facets/filters ("Knowledge Bases") visibility limited to HR only, meaning a non-HR employee would not see that facet. Has anyone tried that and cares to share how?
Unfortunately no, we've decided to keep the knowledge base filter visible for all employees, but we keep it last on the list. So far, we haven't received any complaints from the employees.
