An error message appears when I log in to ECPro.

Could you tell me what is causing this error?

Error Message:

1.java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.util.Map.containsKey(Object)" because "sourceFields" is null
2.Script source code logged to console
3.Failing widget: 'Recent & Popular Items' (4fc1dd5387500300e0ef0cf888cb0baa)

Hello, 

The service portal widget with the highlighted sys-id is failing, which shows that any Javascript object  is null.  Can you check any variable which is being used however it is never initialized?

Can you check the browser console error and details error can you share.

Also can you confirm for logged in user/impersonated user by which you are checking ECPro

- switch the language to English in ECPRO ,
