I'm trying to use the same widget to render approvals whether viewing an approval task in "My tasks" or on the standard ticket page.
I have found that the standard ticket page uses a widget called "HRM Task Parent" to render to-dos and approvals. This is the one we want to use everywhere:
When configuring to-dos, I don't have the option to use this widget for approvals. I can add it to a custom tab, but it doesn't render anything. Instead, I have the "Approvals action group" which renders like this at the bottom of the to-do panel:
How can I get the approval widget from the first screenshot to show up when viewing an approval to-do on the "My tasks" page? My requirement is to have a comments box with Reject and Approve buttons underneath. Comments are only required when rejecting.
