Approvals Table: Additional condition on to-dos config filter condition record

Hello there!

Need your input on a requirement mentioned below. Please go through it and let me know if you have an idea to achieve it. Thank you in advance!!

Whenever a user who is trying to lookup their approvals on ESC Portal, Can we narrow it down the approvals to show up only articles from below provided tables with workflow_state "review" once user clicks on to-dos config filter condition named "Article Approvals Review"? (See screenshots attached)
