Attachments are not visible to External end user in Supplier portal.

Hi Team,

 

In our instance, Supplier portal configured, and it is only available to snc_external users only. If Supplier fulfiller attached anything or Supplier End user attached any docs, JPG, PNG etc.... It is showing as mentioned below:

Please let me know what could be the route cause and provide any solution to fix the same.

did you check the ACL on sys_attachment?

@Ankur Bawiskar Yes I checked ACL's. Here, in our workspace, comments Journal entry is HTML field type. When ever, take a screenshot and paste the screenshot on Comments (HTML editor) ----> Click on Post comments, the comments are properly visible on Fulfiller workspace. But, that screenshot is not visible for End user. 

 

Please let me know how can we find/where can we find this issue. Please guide me regarding the same.

Thank you @Ankur Bawiskar I've checked ACL, one ACL on sys_attachment, that restricting the sys_journal_field table. We have given sn_slm.contract role to view pasting images to Supplier.
