I have created Incident record producer, in which trying to auto-populate category and subcategory based on CI. This is working fine on Service portal but not working in Native UI.
1. When first time changing the CI only category is coming but subcategory is not.
2. When second time changing the CI both are coming.
Why it is not working at first time in Native UI?
Please help me on this issue.
