Hi Sohail,
Count was 358 assignment groups and category and subcategory already there in sys_choice table.
which approach is best for this requirement, please suggest

As i see the count is bigger, loading excel may not work as the condittion field exisit. you can consider loading excel with certian field such as name, table, active, order, (what action to take section field) from excel. but ''when to run condition'' section needs to be manually updated for all records unless you know to put the right filter query in excel.
