Background images are not getting displayed for few users in Quick Links in Employee Center

Hi,

 

For very few users, background image in Quick links is not getting displayed and its blank. However they are getting widget and other details. Only image is not loading. They tried to clear cache also, however still issue is persisting. What could be the reason?

Hi @Ajit Kumar2 ,

  1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
  2. On the Employee Center home page, press and hold the control key, right-click the Quick links widget, and then select Instance Options.

3. Configure the instance options.

Check if you can still see "Background Image Display" with the image required.

Thanks for your reply, yes I checked instance options background image is set to true. As I said this issue is limited to only few people not to everyone.
