Bases on choice selection need to set the end date field

Hi All, 

Having a requirement, 

On a catalog form we have a fields called date range(choices field)

and Start date and end date fields. 

In the date range field we have choices like 1 day, 1 month and 3 months 

if the choice 1 day is selected then from the start date field user can select the date manually any future dates from that day to 1 day we need to set it in the end date field. 

Need suggestion to achieve this.,
