We upgraded t Xanadu and our portal front end users are now taken to Native UI because of this Application. The application is read-only and cannot be restricted to a role. Not sure how to keep the portal user as portal only.

We have the same issue and we are looking for an answer as well. We would like to deactivate this application for non-itil users

In our case, we were able to fix this by doing the following:
- Update the existing read access control for the promin_project table to only apply to the admin role.
- Create a ux_route access control to show the "Process Mining Workspace" for only the admin role.
The non-itil users can still see the application and modules, but when they click "All Projects" or "PA Projects", they receive a security constraints message.

We also submitted a case with Now Support, and they were able to apply the desired role to the application to hide it from non-itil users.
