Cannot see knowledge base in employee center

Hi I want to show knowledge base in employee center, so I put my knowledge base in portal module.

However, I still cannot see the knowledge base and articles in the employee center.

I created one parent category, two child categories, and put the sample articles into those child categories.

After I put the articles, I edit the Knowledge Base in Service Portal - Portal.

Is there any other means to show the knowledge base in employee center?

Hello @ParkHyunSun ,

Employee center uses Topic [topic] table instead of Category to display KB articles.

You have to find the relevant topic then add your KB articles through the related list Connected Content.

If you are using a recent version of Servicenow, you should see a related link Add/remove content from categories which allow you to automatically loads all KB articles from a Category to a Topic.

@ParkHyunSun Where are you trying to search articles in portal? In the search bar ?

Also check if AI search is enabled in portal. If its enabled then you need to check that "ESC Portal Knowledge Bases" search source is present in "ESC Portal Default Search Profile" search profile.

Also check condition configured in "ESC Portal Knowledge Bases" search source record.

HI @Jean-Emmanuel

I do have the similar issue using the Connected content I have add an article to a topic and on the ESC Portal I am able to see this article under that particular topic. But when I search the same article I am unable to find the article or not even getting the required results. Could you please provide your suggestion on this.

Thank you
