Cant login as a user in Vancouver release

Hello team,

I just started learning ServiceNow. I have created a user in the admin application, but I am unable to log in with the user credentials. I am able to see the user in impersonate mode.

The password is generated automatically, and I can't change it until I sign in the first time. Please advise. Thanks.

HI @Alex_onkar ,

As stated in the screenshot, the user name or password is invalid, hence go back as admin and verify both. You can also from the user record utilize the "set password button":

You can see password through manage instance or you can reset it from there only.

Once logged in, type in navigator,  sys_user.list. and search for admin user and reset password from list view itself.
