catalouge items

Hello Team,
There is one item called modify catalouge item under that one varible is there to chooce catalouge item from reffreing to catalouge item table.For specific 3 user having same role as others but not able to scearch that item in the varible even it is present in dropdown and it is not in alphabatical order for this 3 user.

You can check following things....

1. Check if there is any advanced reference qualifier for that option
2. Check if there is any ACL on Catalog item table
3. Check if there is any Query Business Rule on the table

It might be one of the above things..
