Change Assigned to => Assigment group

From where can I change this?

Hi @robertpetrovics ,

Please follow the steps: 

1.You need to open the HR service of the respective HR Case

2. Open the fields using the "i" icon next to "Opened For/ Approver view" and "Subject person/ Task Assignee view"

3.  For each Records, if you scroll down you can find " person row" tab, click on it :

4. Change the "Person 3" from  "Assigned to " to " assignment group":

Are you a user of ServiceNow that is only able to access the record via the portal? If so, then you will have limited access in the system based on how the administrators have set up the form and actions. Typically assigned to and assignment group changes do not happen via the portal.

I have an admin role.
