Change Your Hub path for ServiceNow for Teams App

Hello,

I have created ServiceNow Integration with MS Teams. So I have created manifest file for it. While creating file manifest file I have option to enable tab. In that tab we can see EESP portal page. But I want to change that EESP Portal to Service Portal(SP).

The below image shows the Your Hub option into Teams App

There is once link into manifest file which indicates the Globe Icon

How can we change the internal link of Your Hub?
