Code is displayed in search bar of browser catalog page in portal. How to remove it

Hi All, 
I have an issue of employee center quick link form. There is quick link of "Browse Catalog" which is reflected on "emp_taxonomy_topic" page. So I am facing an issue on search bar tab under the page. It is displaying the code if we are searching any catalog like "computer device" or desktop related catalog. Attaching the screenshot of error for reference. How can we remove the code, please help me out on the same.

Do you know if there was any customisation done to the page, or if you are using your own topic template? 

This is not something I have come across before
