Commenting Code snippet decrease performance in portal

Hi there,

My concern is when we are commenting our code snippets in HTML/CSS/Client Script/Server Script in the widget then at the time of execution of that widget on Portal so does it occur Performance issue.

Commenting code should not impact the performance.
