Topic not showing on Mega Menu on Employee Center even when there is connected content

We have created a topic on the mega menu and there is a user (User A) who cannot see the topic on the mega menu, and we have confirmed the following:

  1. There are 3 knowledge articles and 1 catalog item connected to the topic
  2. User A has read access to the 3 knowledge article, and does not have access to the catalog item.
  3. The 3 knowledge articles are in 'Published' 
  4. User A is able to search for the articles by typing in the Article number on Employee Center

We would like to know why the user cannot see the topic on megamenu even though they have read access to the connected content. We are on Vancouver version if that helps. Thank you

Hi Yoki,

Please check the proper Taxonomy and Template(page access) has been set up as shown below image.

Also, make sure to clear your instance cache or try from different browser to see the topic under mega menu
