Configured annoucement not appaering in Employee Center

Greetings All,

Following this document , i have created announcement records both in Global Scope and Employee center scope. But it is not reflecting in the employee center portal. Not sure what i am missing. Please advise, Thank you in advance !,

Ps : Also attached is the expected behavior from my PDI

sorry for my delayed reply. Thanks for the input Sumanth16, I have verified the KB article provided, "announcement_style_list" was already populated(Norma/Urgent) , however it was still the same case.
