Connected content - popularity vs order

hi we have connected content in the employee center both catalogue items and knowledge.  I have a request from the business to drive the order up of certain regional articles (visible only to some employees) above global articles (visible to all)  The global articles will probably be more popular as more employees have access to them.   If we manually maintain the order of the regional articles to drive these up will it take precedence over the popularity of the articles?  Has anyone tried doing this?

Hi @alipia123 

You can always make connected content as "featured content" which would be given preference and visible before any other items.

Thank you very much. With your suggestion, it has been completed, but the content published by admin still does not take effect, and the goal has been basically achieved. Thank you very much
