Hello ServiceNow community!
We've been looking into some of the newer widget solutions, such as the ones in the Content Experience packs.
I've been trying to Google around and try find some sort of "tutorial" or guides on how to actually set the widgets in the Content Experience/Publish widgets up. Can't seem to find anything in NowLearning about this either.
Does anyone sit on any good examples of how to use these? We just recently upgraded to Employee Center Pro and are looking into microsites and Content Experience widget among other new exciting things. But the (CD) widgets, are still a big questionmark to me.
Any help/tips would be more than welcome.

Hi @Joakim St_ckel ,
To start with , Only banner and styled content types are supported at this time. The Use custom HTML feature is also not supported in the banner content type.
Follow the below steps :Create or edit portal and styled content.
Then follow any of these methods to add it to the portal page :Service Portal pages, Widget instances, and Create and edit a page using the Service Portal Designer.

Yes, I've gone through that exact documentation thoroughly. It's not very helpful as these has no step-by-steps on "how to do" things regarding these. It's just the basics of functionalities regarding these. Nothing on how to actually use them.

Well, I want to understand how to apply content, to the widget in the ESC portal.
I got the widget placed on X page. But the full steps on creating content that shall be displayed in this widget, is what I'm missing. Regarding any of the (CD) widgets really.
I've tried to apply the Content Experience widget, (CD) Announcements, banner, video carousel etc. but they remain empty.
