Content Library No data available

When I go to the Content Library overview dashboard I get a message No data available. I have a couple of microsites published but I'm not getting any data on views or impressions. Any suggestions?

As admin user, access the dashboard and click the "Edit" button. Then select a widget, and view the Data Source after the data on the right side loads. then check that table/data source for records. ACLs could be blocking or you just don't have data.

 

I installed what I thought was the relevant plugin, but I don't see that dashboard.

There are few integration points you would want to confirm - 

1. You have active Content Publishing tracking profile

2. If you are testing the feature, impersonate few users and perform the actions you want to track. (button, tab and link clickthrough etc).

3. Analytics data collection will take some time

 

If you are still facing problem, please confirm family and ContentAnalytics app version.
