i had followed the steps in this article( Authorizing content (servicenow.com) but the content is still accessible to everyone.

i have also tried to Delegate an audience to a content manager as mentioned in this article Delegating an audience (servicenow.com)

but it dosent works, everyone can still can access this audience from the publish plan

do you have any tips ??

Hello @fatima ezzahra  I believe this should help: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resources/ta...

Content visibility on the portal is controlled at the content level in the "Available for" related list of the record producers. Same applied to the Knowledge Articles which leverages the "Can Read" list collector. If those related lists are blank for a given content, then by default the content is available to all users. I do not believe there's a way to lock down content at the Topic level.

Hi Fatima,

If you've assigned a Content Manager to the content and it's still showing up in the list view for everyone, can you please send a couple screenshots through to help us better troubleshoot your setup?  The content item should definitely not be showing for other Content Managers but keep in mind, anyone with a Content Admin role will still be able to see the content item in the list.  It's similar with audiences in that Content Admins have full control / access and only Content Manager roles are restricted. See attached for a breakdown.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks!

Corey
