I am absolutely not familiar with CMDB and relationships in general. But I have a requirement for a demo to display every CI (services in my case) and every other CI that is impacted when an outage has been raised for one of these services (on the dependency map).
This doesn't need to be a "real", meaning that I'm just trying to show what the CMDB is capable of when it comes to display outages and current impacted services.
I tried this myself by creating these services and trying to build the relationship manually afterwards. But I haven't found the right way/relationship that displays that. So any help/documentation is welcome. Thanks in advance !
