Display Name below the image in Quick Links Widget

Hi All,
I have a requirement to display the name of quick link below the image not on the image.

Example Password reset should be present below the image, please guide what can I do?

Configure the instance options (control key + right-click on the Quick links header/title >> select Instance Options). Uncheck the 'Text Over Display' checkbox. See the screenshot attached.
