Displaying the value of a URL-type item as a link in the "Incident Standard Ticket Actions" widget

Hi!

 

When a URL-type field added to a custom table is displayed in "Incident Standard Ticket Actions",
I want to display it as a link. (When clicked, it is a format that transitions to the URL page)

Do you know anything about this method?

 

[remarks]
Currently, the target URL field is displayed in addition to the Info fields of the "Ticket Configuration" record.

Seems it's not supported OOB

You will have to customize that which I won't recommend.

so you are saying URL field is not rendered as URL and hence not clickable?
