How to display a Contact Us page with an input form in ESC?

I would like to create a "Contact Us" page within the Employee Center (ESC) that displays both an input form and FAQs.

However, I'm not sure how to display the inquiry form on the page.

Could anyone guide me on how to do this?

For the inquiry form itself, I am planning to use either a Service Catalog item or a Record Producer.

Any advice or steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, this is possible in Employee Center (ESC).

 

A common approach is to create a dedicated “Contact Us” page and place both:

  • an FAQ section/widget

  • an inquiry form widget

For the inquiry form, using a Record Producer is usually the better option if the goal is simply to capture user inquiries/tickets. If you already have a Service Catalog process behind it, then a Catalog Item also works.

 

To display the form on the ESC page:

  1. Create a new page in Employee Center Experience.

  2. Add a container/section for FAQs and another for the form.

  3. Use the “Catalog Item” or “Record Producer” widget/component on the page.

  4. Configure the widget with the Sys ID of your Catalog Item or Record Producer.

  5. Publish the page and add it to navigation if needed.
