Hi Community,
I’m implementing Domain Separation in my ServiceNow instance. Currently, I have a main Employee Centre that is shared across all users in different domains. However, as per my requirement, I would like to have separate Employee Centre portals for each domain.
The goal is that users should see:
Their own business units
Their domain-specific logo and branding
Content tailored to their respective domains
Is it possible to configure domain-specific Employee Centres in a domain-separated setup? If yes, what would be the best approach to achieve this?
Looking forward to your suggestions and best practices.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @IrfanAhmadW
I don't think we have any specific solution from servicenow end for the same. I mean they say they will be using same portal but the data will be different in widgets and will be domain based. So it's not like 2 portals in one instance.
You can refer this servicenow documentation -
But here is a servicenow community article that says to have implemented two service portals in same instance as a workaround for domain separation -
I hope you find something out of merging and mixing the above two

Sorry I don't have an answer, but I do have the same questions on how to handle different portals (employee center or service portal) with different branding for multiple domains.
One concern: you already have an instance and are adding Domain Separation to it? That's incredibly risky.
