Employee Center caching issue

Is there any fix to the caching issue when working on building Employee Center items?  I have seen many posts of people trying to do development and having changes not being reflected for hours at a time or having to clear browser cache and re-login every time they make a change.  Having to impersonate a user or use a private browsing window doesn't resolve the issue either.  This seems REALLY inconvenient and poorly designed.  I know ServiceNow wants everybody to switch to Employee Center, but what a pain this is trying to get anything done in it.  Any news on when they might fix this?
