Employee center header change

In the Employee Center header ...Can we rename My Tasks, My Requests to My Open Tasks & My Open Requests also I want to change the order of this menu ...If yes where it needs to be modified

@Rajendar3 To rename the menu items you will need to go to your Employee Center Portal record and open the Header Menu. In there you will see the widget being called.

 

If you look at the widget code, I think it is in HTML section, you will see the Menu names. 

 

You will need to clone the OOTB Header in order to perform a rename, so be wary of the implications of that. But this is where you would rename the Header Menu items, in the widget itself.

@Rajendar3 the only way to achieve that I know of, is to customise the 'Employee Center Header' widget. But then you really need to ask yourself is it really worth the risk and extra maintenance during upgrades/patching.  Personally I wouldn't make this change, as it adds very little value and these widgets are still pretty new, which means ServiceNow are actively working on them.

 

If you use Sunil suggestion, it will create a new menu item on the mega nav bar, so you'll need to disable the items from the header menu in the instance with menu page. This option is all configuration, so it's a more OOB config approach.

Yes, it is possible to enable or disable the items. However, my specific requirement is to rename those menus.

Under the "Employee Center" menu, there are no menu items available. The only item present is labeled as "More".
