Hi All,

I want to change the color of a text in widgets , but i am unable to find the css class by inspect element . Need your help on this.  Is there any other way to find the css class name of this. Thanks in advance.

Hi @kali 

 

Do you have access to that widget?

 

If yes, you can open this widget by navigating to Service Portal --> Widgets

 

Check the HTML of the widget and the tags used for that text .

 

If you are not sure how to find the widget on the page then follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to a portal page.
  2. On the page, open the widget context menu by CTRL+right-clicking any widget.
  3. On the widget context menu, click Show Widget Customizations.
