In the Employee Center Essentials module on Nowlearning , i got this message (Your instance must be on the Rome family release or later to use Employee Center)

Could you please explain how to obtain the instance?

Thank you for your reply.

Last week, I tried to obtain the app and was asked for the instance name. I submitted a request for an instance to complete my work, and during the course, I received this message: "Your instance must be on the Rome family release or later to use Employee Center." It seems my question is not related to the previous one. Nevertheless, I appreciate your assistance in finding the correct answer.

Personally I would expect that with courses there is a lab instance or something. Though its been a while since I took any courses 🙂

Regarding your instance must be on Rome... you can't request a Rome PDI anymore. So that would be a no-go if you are using a PDI.

Just wondering, did you also open a personal case for this on Now Learning?

They might help you further on this, though that way they also are informed about the "Rome" part, and maybe that they need to update the course.
