Hi ,

In the Employee Center Essentials module on Nowlearning , i got this message (Your instance must be on the Rome family release or later to use Employee Center)

Could you please explain how to obtain the instance?

Just wondering, did you also open a personal case for this on Now Learning?

They might help you further on this, though that way they also are informed about the "Rome" part, and maybe that they need to update the course.

Hi Nidhal, It doesn't look like the Employee Center Essentials (Tokyo) course offers an instance. Would it be a possibility to obtain a Personal Developer Instance for your needs? For any queries or issues related to your PDI instances, please head over to developer.servicenow.com
