How to change the circled label from "Request" to "Ticket"

Hi,

This label is coming from the Employee Center. 

You cannot change this only for MS Teams, it will be platform change which will reflect in Teams and ESC portal.

Open that widget in ServiceNow instance and change the label from HTML

@Anil Lande there is no mention of this is to be applied for MS Teams. Seems, you looked at the screenshot name instead.
