Hi, skimming through the docs quickly I don't see any reference to a tabbed layout for the employee center, but that doesn't mean I haven't missed something....
If this was demo'd to you by ServiceNow then I would go back to your account manager\the team responsible for the demo and ask them to clarify how it is achieved OOB and to provide links to the supporting documentation.

Hi,
Yes this have been demo-ed on the Employee Center demo sessions that is being held every month.
Anyone from ServiceNow that is reading this? Can you please tell us if this is indeed customization that have been build on the Employee Profile? Maria Davies is a common demo employee that is being showcased in most demo sessions.
thank you

Hi Alexander! We do not yet support tabs on Employee Profile. I would be interested in learning more about your use cases and content that you would want to display on tabs in the Employee Profile.

Hi Sid,
This is very weird as it is being shown on the Employee Center Academy demo's. Whereby in this case Maria Davies have multiple tabs whereby one of the tabs contains HR related data that is coming from external HR system source (like Workday).
It is very frustrated i have to say that we as customers see items that doesnt exist. Like below indicated item (Content Preferences) was shown on the Employee Center academy sessions & the Intranet session from Eric Hemmer. Im very interesting how this item (Content preferences) was build as this links to Portal Content and maybe a Company news widget.
