Hi Team ,
I am facing issue with portal changes i am attaching couple of screenshots where i wanted to change from Request to Ticket using key - message method using sys_ui_message but same changes are reflecting under catalog item which is request button label is also going to change from Request to Ticket but i dont want that can anyone suggest the solution using best practice . Help will be much appreciated .
