We currently have some shared workbooks in excel online that our employees use. There is a check in/check out system so that multiple users can edit and save their changes. Is there any way to add this to ServiceNow? I have found that SNOW and Excel don't play nicely together.
I was thinking about using the hyperlink for the excel online workbook in sharepoint and putting it in a knowledge article. That's my backup plan, but does anyone have any suggestions that require minimal effort and are low/no code?
