Glyph Icon for Menu Item in Footer is not visible

Hi,

I can't see a Glyph Icon in the Menu item "Contact Us" in my Footer in Employee Center. Please see the attached. Please help me fix the same. Thank you!

If Glyph icon you already added to footer menu item. Then it should be visible . 
If not then Kindly check with ServiceNow Support .

Hi there,

This is expected behavior. While you can configure the Menu items for the footer having a Glyph icon, the actual widget code of the footer does not do anything on this. There's no Glyph icon included in that part of the widget code (section <!-- Menu links Section -->).
