Guided tour is not appearing on EC pro hrm_ticket_page in service portal

Hi Team,
I have configured a Guided Tour for the EC Pro hrm_ticket_page in Service Portal.
The tour is active and published. However, it is not appearing on the portal page.
Things checked:
- Tour is published
- User criteria is configured
- Page ID is correct
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
