Has anyone done a Contact Me button in a CSAT survey

At the end of a standard CSAT we would like to create a Contact Me button or workflow in UTAH.

Hi @vsbaca ,

You can create a button in the End note of the survey.

Step1: open the specific survey you want to edit and go to End note.

Step2: Open the source code and add button tag with required action.
